IEEE Canada Awards Nominations

Nominations for the IEEE Canada 11 major awards are welcomed from now until Sunday, April 6, 2025. Anyone can serve as a nominator or endorser.  A nominee or endorser may support any number of nominees.

  1. Learn about the IEEE Canada Major Award and find a nominee whose qualifications would match (see ieeecanada.org Awards & Recognition page, or attachment to the IEEE emailed eNotice).
  2. Ensure that your nominee is eligible for nomination (see checklist in the application form)
  3. Find a minimum of two or a maximum of three endorsers of the nominee’s suitability for the award. Have them prepare a signed endorsement letter in PDF format.
  4. Complete the appropriate award application no later than Apr 06/’25, including uploading the PDF endorsement file(s).  You need to have a Gmail account to upload the file(s).
  5. Ask any question or provide any comment, concern or suggestion no later than Wed., Apr. 02/’25, by email to arc@ieee.ca.
