IEEE Canada Awards Nominations for 2026 - OPENED!

Nominations for the IEEE Canada 11 Major Awards are welcome until Sunday, November 30, 2025.

1. Learn about the IEEE Canada 11 Major Awards, and about the eligibility and qualifications of candidates (go to ieeecanada.org, Awards & Recognition page, and then scroll to the “General Qualifications and Eligibility” button, click on it and open the PDF file with the award descriptions and qualifications).  
2. Find a qualified and eligible candidate for an award and nominate them (see the nomination form).
3. Identify three suitable endorsers of the nominee and add their contact details in the nomination form. Ask them to prepare, sign and submit their endorsement letter in PDF format per the email invitation they will receive from Google Forms via IEEE Canada. A nominator or endorser may support any number of nominees.
4. Complete the appropriate award nomination and submit it no later than Sun., Nov. 30/’25. Endorses must upload their endorsement letters no later than Dec. 14/’25; gmail account (free to get) is needed to upload the file.
5. Ask any question or provide any comment, concern or suggestion no later than Nov. 23/’25, by email to arc@ieee.ca with a copy to admin@ieee.ca.
