2026 Application for the 2027 Awardee Class

Instructions:

To submit a nomination for a 2026 IEEE Canada Award, click here:

NOTE: Before beginning the application form, the Nominator and Endorsers are strongly encouraged to carefully read the “Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria” for the specific Award of interest. This is essential to ensure that the nominee is eligible and meets ALL requirements for that specific Award before proceeding with the application.

If you are the Nominator (the person recommending someone for an award):

Before you start:

  1. Send your nomination early (see deadlines below). Your endorsers will get their specific award form within two days after your submission, so starting early gives them more time.
  2. Name three endorsers.
  3. Ensure that each endorser is eligible to support the nominee. They should know about the nomination, the award qualifications & eligibility, and the deadline. They must answer specific questions with verifiable facts. Letters are no longer accepted.

A. Click the button above to request the nomination form.

Enter your email address to receive a personal link to the Nomination Form. Use the same email address throughout the process to avoid rejection.

B. Look for the email from: “IEEE Canada 2026 Award Nominations” (donotreply@ieee-canada.wispl.com) with the subject line “Your access link: IEEE Canada Nomination Form for Achievement and Service Awards”

Click the link, fill out the form, and click submit when you are ready.

Important:

(a) Use the same email address you used to get the link. Using a different one may cause your nomination to be rejected.

(b) You can close a partly finished form and return to it later – but you must use the same device as before.

(c) If an endorser is not eligible, choose someone else. Only say an endorser qualifies if that is true.

C. Look – after you submit – for the email from: “IEEE Canada 2026 Award Nominations” (donotreply@ieee-canada.wispl.com) with the subject line “Copy of your submission: IEEE Canada Nomination Form for Achievement and Service Awards” for a copy of your submission.

If you are the Endorser (the person who provides verifiable evidence of the nominee’s qualifications):

Before you start:

  1. Ensure you qualify to endorse the nominee.
  2. Read the award qualifications & eligibility.
  3. Note the endorsement submission deadline (see below).
  4. Answer the specific questions with facts that can be verified. Letters are no longer accepted.
